Miami-Dade Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) Permit Application

Information

In accordance with Ordinance No. 21-99 adopted on October 5, 2021, permitting jurisdiction for public works construction projects on any County-owned or maintained right-of-way within a municipality shall be done exclusively through the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). Additionally, permitting for certain public works construction projects on municipal rights-of-way will also be done exclusively through DTPW.
